If an appliance can't be repaired, you will be given a preset cash allowance toward the purchase price of a new appliance. Our service professional must examine your appliance and determine one of the following: The needed parts are no longer available from the manufacturer; the appliance is broken beyond repair; the cost of the repair exceeds the appliance's value.
