If you’ve been an Appliance Service Plan customer for 90 days, you’re eligible to upgrade to our most comprehensive plan yet: Gold Coverage. If an appliance can't be repaired, you’ll receive a preset cash allowance toward the purchase of a new appliance!
Our service professional must examine your appliance to determine if the needed parts are no longer available from the manufacturer; if the appliance is broken beyond repair; or if the repair cost exceeds the appliance's value.
