If an appliance can't be repaired, you will be given a preset cash allowance toward the purchase of a new appliance. Our service professional must examine your appliance and determine one of the following: The need parts are no longer available from the manufacturer; the appliance is broken beyond repair; the cost of the repair exceeds the appliance's value. You must be an Appliance Service Plan customer for 90 days before upgrading to Gold Coverage.
